AirPoint Ring

The AirPoint Ring is a wearable, wireless mouse that gives users full control over their computers, even while away from their desks. In ‘3D’ mode, the mouse can execute an array of functions by responding to specific hand-gestures, making it highly effective for gaming and presentations. It can also seamlessly transition to ‘2D’ mode for use as a typical tabletop mouse.

Paul DiTullio, LLC was responsible for all mechanical design, as well as the design, development, prototyping, and mass-production coordination of all plastic components.

Paul DiTullio, LLC developed the design via hand sketching and 3D modeling, performed the engineering, and created the prototypes for this toy. Some prototype concepts are displayed below.

Pentaflip

Pentaflip is a strategy game in which players compete to be first to place five pieces in a row. To heighten the challenge, each player can dramatically shift the board’s layout by flipping a single tile about its axis or two tiles at once via the central pivot point.

Paul DiTullio, LLC contributed to Pentaflip’s creation through concept development (hand sketches and 3D modeling), mechanical design, and prototype fabrication. The final prototype concept is displayed below.

Lean On Me

The patent pending Lean On Me device is designed to alleviate pain and stresses experienced while performing manual labor. From gardening to brick laying to painting baseboards, this device takes the strain off the user, while still maintaining full mobility. Its wide range of adjustability provides users with comfort and support throughout even the most strenuous tasks.

Sparky Spoon

Rugged, food-safe, and equipped with its own fire source, Sparky Spoon is the perfect camping companion. It features an integrated ferrocerium rod and a steel striker, secured via rare earth magnets. Deploy the striker with the push of a thumb, and let the sparks fly.

Following the inventor’s initial design direction, Paul DiTullio, LLC was responsible for the design, development, prototyping, and manufacturing coordination for this product.

Accu Caster

The patent pending Accu Caster has been specifically designed to overcome the most common obstacles known to the sport of fishing. By simply aiming toward the target and pressing the trigger, users can effortlessly land their bait in typically hard-to-reach places, like under docks and low-hanging branches. And since it doesn’t require any casting motion to deploy the bait, users are able to fish from tight/crowded places without the risk of entanglement.

The Accu Caster allows for finely-tuned control over both accuracy and distance. By simply adjusting the position of the Slide Mount, users can control exactly how far the bait travels, ensuring they hit their target every time.

Pick Box

Spend less time searching for that lost guitar pick and more time playing! Paul DiTullio, LLC and Born Custom Guitars teamed up to create these beautifully crafted pick boxes. All boxes are made from sustainably sourced tonewoods and feature 360° pivoting hinges and magnetic closures.

From design and prototyping all the way to manufacturing, these boxes were crafted in-house every step of the way.
